Abstract

Bu makalede Platon'un mitoloji düşüncesini tartışmak istiyorum. Burada Platon'un baş yapıtlarından biri olan "Rebuplic"inde (Cumhuriyet) ele aldığı er mitolojisini analiz edeceğim. Bunun yanında Platon'un felsefi sisteminde mit ve mitolojik düşüncenin yerini belirlemeye çalışacağım. Onun diğer kitaplarında kaydedilen mitolojik hikayeleri gibi er miti olarak gösterilen Platon'un eskatoloji kavramını özel bir dikkat göstermeye çalışacağım.
