TOPLUM SAĞLIĞININ YÖNETİMİ: SAĞLIK OKURYAZARLIĞI VE AŞIYA İLİŞKİN TUTUM ARASINDAKİ İLİŞKİ

Abstract

Bu çalışmada amaç, toplum sağlığının yönetimi açısından toplumun sağlık okuryazarlık düzeyinin aşılama uygulamalarına yönelik tutumları üzerindeki etkisini tespit etmek ve doğrulayıcı karakterli modeller geliştirmektir. Araştırmanın evrenini Bursa ili oluşturmaktadır. Nicel araştırma yönteminin kullanılıp, veriler online olarak 400 kişi üzerinden toplanmıştır. Araştırmada kolayda örnekleme yöntemi tercih edilmiştir. Araştırmada; betimleyici istatistikler, açıklayıcı faktör analizi, yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ve yol analizi uygulanmıştır. Açıklayıcı ve doğrulayıcı faktör analizi sağlanan bulgular, modelin geçerliliğinin sağlandığını göstermektedir. Açıklayıcı faktör analizi ile ortaya çıkan yapı geçerliliği, doğrulayıcı faktör analizi ile de doğrulanmıştır.
Yapısal eşitlik modellemesi ile yapılan yol analizi, sağlık okuryazarlığının aşı uygulamalarına yönelik tutum üzerindeki olumlu etkilerinin kabul edilebilir bir uyum indeksine sahip olduğu görülmüştür. Sağlanan geçerlilik ve güvenilirlik, sağlık okuryazarlığı, sağlıklı yaşam tarzı davranışı ve akılcı ilaç kullanımı arasında yapısal bir ilişkinin varlığını göstermektedir. Sağlık okuryazarlığı düzeyindeki artış aşılama uygulamalarına yönelik olumlu tutumların artmasına neden olmakta ve sağlık okuryazarlığı aşılama uygulamalarına yönelik tutumları doğrudan etkilemektedir.
