Abstract
Stendhal, theRed and Black of your novel is a long way along roamed mirror. Butor’s novel Change also, Leon Delmont
reflecting mirror the flow of internal conversations and of consciousness. The Narrator, the reader also to include the novel
unlike the traditional novel, refers to himself in the second person plural. In the book, apart from the usual depiction of
views of items, are portrayed in different perspective. Basic place, Paris-Rome is the third location of the train between cars.
Allocated to three in the works, each with their own, consists of three basic parts. Train cars started in the ending consists of
about twenty two hours duration of fiction. Technological and scientific developments of the modern age, leads to change
of the rules of the traditional novel. Marcel Proust, Alain-Robbe Grillet, many authors such as Michel Butor, Henri Bergson
inspired the philosophy of time, new methods of expression. In the novel, Bergson’s venue Change butor functionality remains
in the domain of philosophy that creates time. Stream of consciousness is directly proportional with the events revived in
memory space. At the end of each chapter, Leon out of the wagon, seated at the beginning of the section that follows the
Delmont back where. In this work the philosophy of Bergson’s time-space Butor, making clear a literary monument. For
this purpose, author, time, space, consciousness, reality, history, memories and future reveals the different meaning of the
concepts, such as connections.

Abstract
Stendhal, Kırmızı ve Siyah eserinde, romanın uzun bir yol boyunca gezdirilen ayna olduğundan söz eder. Butor’un Değişme
romanı da, Léon Delmont’un iç konuşmalarını ve bilinç akışını yansıtan ayna konumundadır. Anlatıcı, okuyucuyu da romana
dahil etmek için, geleneksel romandan farklı olarak, ikinci çoğul şahısla kendini ifade eder. Eserde, öğelerin tasviri alışılmış
görünümleri dışında, farklı bakış açısıyla betimlenir. Temel mekân, Paris-Roma arasındaki trenin üçüncü mevki vagonudur.
Eser, her biri kendi içinde üçe ayrılan, üç temel bölümden oluşur. Tren vagonunda başlayıp biten kurgunun süresi yaklaşık
yirmi iki saatten oluşur.
Modern çağın teknolojik ve bilimsel gelişmeleri, geleneksel roman kurallarının değişmesine yol açar. Marcel Proust, Alain-
Robbe Grillet, Michel Butor gibi birçok yazar, Henri Bergson’un zaman felsefesinden etkilenerek, yeni anlatım yöntemlerine
öncülük eder. Butor Değişme romanında, Bergson’un mekân işlevselliğini oluşturan zaman felsefesinin etkisinde kalır. Bilinç
akışıyla bellekte canlanan olaylar, mekânla doğru orantılı devam eder. Her bölümün sonunda, Léon Delmont vagondan
çıkar, izleyen bölümün başında oturduğu yere geri döner. Bu eserde Butor, Bergson’un zaman-mekân felsefesini anlaşılır
hale getirerek edebi bir anıt inşa eder. Bu amaçla yazar, zaman, mekân, bilinç, gerçeklik, geçmiş anılar ve gelecek gibi
kavramların farklı anlam bağlantılarını ortaya çıkarır.
