Genç futbolcuların sprint ve anaerobik güç özelliklerinin oynadıkları mevkilere göre karşılaştırılması

Öz

Bu çalışmanın amacı,genç futbolcuların sprint ve anaerobik güç parametrelerini mevkisel olarak karşılaştırmasını yapmaktır.Çalışmaya defans (n:10) ve hücum (n:10) olmak üzere 20 sporcu gönüllü olarak katılmıştır.Futbolcuların anaerobik güçlerini belirlemek için wingate 894 E marka cihaz ve sürat testleri Optojump (Microgate-İtalya) cihazı fotoseli ile 10 m.olacak şekilde yapıldı. Ölçülen parametrelerin normallik dağılımı Skewness, Kurtosis ve Shapiro-Wilks testleriyle sınandıktan sonra verilerin normal dağılım gösterdiği tespit edilmiştir. Veriler normal dağılım gösterdiğinden mevkiler arasındaki farklılıkların tespit edilmesinde Bağımsız Örneklem t testi uygulanmıştır. Bu çalışmada anlamlılık düzeyi p<0.05 olarak alınmıştır.Araştırmadan elde edilen sonuçlara göre, maksimum güç, maksimum relative güç parametrelerinde savunma oyuncuları, sürat ve güç kaybı parametrelerinde ise hücum oyuncuları lehine istatistiksel olarak anlamlı fark olduğu tespit edilmiştir (p<0,05). Sonuç olarak, kısa zaman içerisinde tamamlanan ve patlayıcı güç gerektiren anaerobik performans futbol gibi saniyelik kararların ve fiziksel hareketlerin olduğu bir branş için önem taşımaktadır. Mevkiler arasında çıkan farklılığın futbolcuların oynadıkları mevkinin ana motorik özelliğinin gereksinimden dolayı kaynaklandığı düşünülmektedir.

Comparison of sprint and anaerobic power characteristics of young football players according to the positions they play

Öz

The aim of this study was to compare the sprint and anaerobic power parameters of young footballers in terms of position.20 athletes, including defence (n:10) and offence (n:10), voluntarily participated in the study.Wingate 894 E brand device was used to determine the anaerobic power of footballers and sprint tests were performed with Optojump (Microgate-Italy) device photocell for 10 m. The normality distribution of the measured parameters was tested by Skewness, Kurtosis and Shapiro-Wilks tests and it was determined that the data showed normal distribution. Since the data showed normal distribution, Independent Sample t test was applied to determine the differences between the positions. In this study, the significance level was taken as p<0.05. According to the results obtained from the study, it was determined that there was a statistically significant difference in favour of defensive players in maximum power, maximum relative power parameters, and offensive players in speed and power loss parameters (p<0.05). In conclusion, anaerobic performance, which is completed in a short time and requires explosive power, is important for a branch such as football where split-second decisions and physical movements are made. It is thought that the difference between the positions is due to the requirement of the main motoric feature of the position played by the football players.
