I am currently a Computer Engineer at Türkiye Ministry of Health. I have worked as software project manager, pl/sql software developer, decision support system specialist, and use Oracle BI, other business intelligence tools. • Database Administrator and Decision Support Systems (10 years) • PL/SQL developers (5 years) • Project Manager (3 years) • Data Mining-Machine Learning- Deep Learning with Python (Tensorflow) (Msc, PhD, 5+ years) I obtained my PhD in Computer Science from Ankara Yildirim Beyazit University Graduate School of Natural Sciences. My dissertation title was 'Cerebrospinal Fluid Flow Segmentation And Feature Extraction Of Phase Contrast Mri Using Deep Learning Technique'. I proposed a new automatic CSF lumen segmentation pipeline.
