This study examined theses on employment of people with disabilities (PWD) conducted in Türkiye. In this study, all terms referring to "employment of PWD" were scanned in the YÖKTEZ database. When the studies unrelated to the employment of PWD and were determined to be repetitive were excluded, 84 theses were ultimately included. This study used bibliometric analysis, and the theses were evaluated according to 10 different variables. Most theses on employment of PWD (%83) were conducted by researchers at the master's level. Almost all theses (%94) were written in Turkish. There has been a significant increase in theses on employment of PWD since 2017. More than half of the theses were written after 2017. Almost half of the theses (%43) were in the range of 100-150 pages. The qualitative review method was preferred the most (%69). Most thesis studies on the employment of PWD (%8) were conducted at Gazi University. The most theses (%67) were conducted at the Institute of Social Sciences. Most theses (%20) were conducted in the Department of Labor Economics and Industrial Relations. Similarly, Labor Economics and Industrial Relations were selected as the most preferred subject area (%22). Studies mostly (%32) aim to research the employment policies of PWD. As a result of this study, it was determined that the employment of PWD has been the subject of more thesis studies in recent years, but studies on the empowerment of PWD in employment and the change of negative attitudes towards PWD in society have remained limited.
