Abstract

Romantik ilişkilerin bitmesinin ardından pek çok cinayet vakası ile karşı karşıya kalınmaktadır. Çalışmanın amacı, ayrılık ve şiddet ilişkisini ele alan araştırmalardan yola çıkılarak, ayrılık sonrasında ölümle sonuçlanan şiddete yol açan faktörleri ve süreçleri incelemektir. Web of Science üzerinden “şiddet” (violence) ve “ayrılık” (seperation) kelimeleri ile tarama yapılmış, adli dosyalar incelenerek, adli klinikteki çalışanlarla ve şiddet girişimi sonrası hayatta kalabilmiş bireylerle görüşülerek yapılmış çalışmalar ele alınmıştır. Depresyon, intikam veya partneri kontrol etme isteği ayrılıkların ölümle sonuçlanmasına sebep olan faktörlerdir. Çocukluk çağı olumsuz yaşantıları, güvensiz bağlanma, B kümesi kişilik özellikleri ayrılık anksiyetesiyle baş edememe ve cinayete kadar gidebilen şiddet içeren yollara başvurma ihtimalini arttırmaktadır. Risk faktörlerinden hareketle oluşturulmuş aile cinayetlerinin dinamikleri teorisine göre cinayet sembiyoz, ayrılma, kaybın reddi, çabalama, idrak etme ve ölümcül çözüm olmak üzere altı psikososyal evreden geçerek gerçekleştirilmektedir. Bu sürece ve risk faktörlerine dair edinilen bilgiler, cinayetten önce önlem alınabilmesi adına adli süreçte görev alan kişiler için oldukça önemlidir.
