* Our journal has adopted the double-blind refereeing method. Studies are sent to two referees determined by the relevant field editors and who are experts in their fields for evaluation. Referees who must have at least a Doctorate degree can be preferred from different fields if the subject of the article is interdisciplinary and can be appointed by receiving advice from different field editors. Referees must return within 5 to 20 days for the evaluation of the article. The issues of accepting - rejecting or sending the articles to a third referee are as follows.
If the decision of the 1st referee is rejection, the decision of the 2nd referee is rejection, the article is rejected.
If the decision of the 1st referee is rejection, the decision of the 2nd referee is major revision, the article is rejected.
If the decision of the 1st referee is rejection, the decision of the 2nd referee is minor revision, the article is sent to the 3rd referee. If the 3rd referee gives a major revision, the article is rejected, and if the minor revision is given, the article is accepted.
If both referees give a major revision, the article is rejected.
If the first referee gives a major revision and the second referee gives a minor revision, the article is sent to the third referee. If the third referee gives a major revision, the article is rejected, and if the third referee gives a minor revision, it is accepted.
If the first referee gives a major revision and the second referee accepts, the article is sent to the third referee. If the third referee gives a major revision, the article is rejected, and if the third referee gives a minor revision, it is accepted.
If both referees give a minor revision, the article is accepted.
If both referees approve the acceptance, the article is accepted for publication.
